In this case, as Mike said, ZuckMail is an SMTP client. You could put it in the same category as MS Outlook Express, Eudora, Thunderbird, Pegasus Mail, KMail, Evolution etc. Just that this ZuckMail seems to be a web based client, probably developed by Mark Zuckerberg himself? Maybe? You wouldn’t put this application in the same category as daemons like Postfix, Sendmail, Qmail, Exim etc. ZuckMail actually submits e-mail messages to these daemons, or Mail Transport Agents (MTAs).

It’s likely set as a header in the email glue code for Facebook, and since the source was originally written by him, ZuckMailer must have been appropriate.
