Twilk, a Twitter Background Generator

Twilk is a web service I’ve been working for a couple months now. I launched it a few weeks ago at a Twitter conference. It automatically creates a Twitter background made up of the profile photos of the people you follow on Twitter. If you are on Twitter, you have to check it out! I’d love to hear your feedback on the service so that I can continue to iterate and make it better. So, leave a comment, or use the feedback form after using the service. If you’d like an example, check out my Twitter page. The background has a bunch of my friends’ photos on it, like this:

    Hi Kyle,

    This background generator is good, but can you make it so that the photo’s aren’t under the text .I mean that the photo’s just appear to the left and right side from the text?Or maybe another program to add, so you can put your own personal photo’s to the left or right side?

    This would be aussum ,

    greets from the Netherlands…

    @yvonne:
    Screen size is different for different people. So, if I remove the people behind the tweets on your screen, there would be empty space on other people’s screens.

    Adding personal photos is definitely on the road map. Not sure when it will be implemented though.
